For almost two weeks, Manila, the capital city of the Philippines has been drenched by deadly rainfall with arrival of Typhoon Saola last week. For a startling gallery of the monsoon, check out this post on The Atlantic.
While the weather has displaced many, life must go on. And for the couple above, a little rain wasn’t going to stop them from committing to each other for the rest of their lives. From this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part :)
